Workshop: Financial healthy buildings 

It is generally believed that applying the C2C-principles to building projects leads to greater expenses. Using several business cases, the workshop Financieel Gezonde Gebouwen (“Financially Healthy Buildings) provides insight in why applying the C2C-mindset can lead not only to qualitatively better buildings, but also to lower project costs in comparison to a more traditional approach to the design and development process of a project. The case study of the new city hall in Venlo serves as the basis for the workshop and will provide insight in the positive financial effects of investing in quality, circularity and health.
