Rob Kragt has built on 25 years’ experience in communications and marketing to focus on inspiring business transformation towards the circular economy based on Cradle to Cradle® (C2C) principles.  Kragt joined the carpet tile pioneer Esco as brand manager in the early 1990s, helping to develop its reputation as a trendsetter in interior contract design. Kragt joined Desso after it merged with Esco in 1992, and subsequently was a key figure in integrating the different marketing and communications departments, especially after Desso had been acquired by the Armstrong Group in 1999. In 2007, the management bought Desso from Armstrong and set the company on its C2C journey. Since that time, Kragt has focused on design and sustainability communications at Desso as well as becoming a passionate advocate of the C2C transition. He talks at public events across the world on the subject and since the merge with Tarkett in 2014, trains and inspires the international sales and marketing organizations.
